It is the biggest weekend of the High School basketball season as the best teams in the province will gather for Provincials.

 

The Senior Hapnot Queens who are having a very special season in which they have yet to lose a game are in Souris.

 

Teams will be competing from Souris, Virden, Prairie Mountain, Immanuel Christian, Rosenort, Carmen and Warren.

 

The Queens are ranked fifth and play Souris in their first game tomorrow at 10 am. The Championship Final is slated to go Saturday at 2.

 

The Kings will be in Virden and will be competing against teams from Immanuel Christian, Virden, Prairie Mountain, Westpark, Gabrielle Roy, MacGregor and Green Valley.

 

The Kings first game is against Gabrielle Roy on Thursday at 2:30. The Championship Final will be played Saturday at 2.
