Selects Mount Third Period Come Back

The PBCN Selects picked up a very important 2 points last night with a big third period come back.


The OCN Storm were in town for a Wednesday night affair and took the lead 5 to 4 with a short handed goal from Chavez Constant  midway through the period.


The Selects found their legs and scored three straight to pull out the 7 to 5 win.


Freddy Lediux scored his second of the game to tie it and Dwayne Mckenzie potted his 14th for the winner with only 17 seconds left.


Koby Connelly added an insurance marker with just 2 seconds left.


The other PBCN goals came from Anson Favel who had 2 and Flin Flon's Austin McLean.


Braxton Constant Kuba was back between the pipes and made 21 saves for the win.


The Selects improve to 4-7-0-3 while the Storm fall to 9-5-0-1. PBCN will enjoy another 9 day break before getting back on the ice December the 3rd VS Cross Lake.
