Kenny McDonald had a weekend that he will never forget winning a Gold Medal in the JV High Jump. He jumped 1.83 meters.

McDonald  wasn't done there yet as he also captured a Silver Medal in the Pentathlon  event which consists of 5 different events. 100m, 800m, high jump, long jump and shot put. He tied the previous record which was then broken by the guy who got first. Kenny finished 7 points out of first place.

Other athletes who had good showings included Mackenzie McLean who tied for fourth in the JV High Jump. Gianna Watt placed 6th in the SV Girl's Discuss.

Hapnot overall had a great showing with many of the athletes posting personal bests. It was the first time that many of the athletes got to go to Provincials and the coaching staff was very pleased.
