The SJHL Bantam Draft is taking place right now on the SJHL website at sjhl.ca.

 

The Flin Flon Bombers have made their first selection with the 8th over- all pick.

 

Flin Flon has selected Forward Koen Senft from the Regina Pat Canadiens. The Regina native put up 19 points in 44 games including 7 goals.

 

He stands 5"10 and weighs 160 pounds.

 

The Bombers did not have a pick in round number two as it just wrapped up and going into round three.

 

The Weyburn Red Wings had the first over-all  pick and selected defenseman Rhett Vedress from the Humboldt Broncos U-15 AA.

 

Vedress is coming off a season in which he picked up 19 points in 32 games.
