It was nice to be back at the Uptown Curling Club for both the Men's and Ladies Bonspiels which took place over the weekend.

 

Just like every thing else it was cancelled the last two years due to the pandemic.

 

There were 10 Ladies teams and 6 for the Men.

 

Ladies results saw Reierson beat Kennedy in an extra end to claim the A -Event.

 

Salahub beat McNeil in the B-Event and it was Cassidy over Barron in the C-Event.

 

The Men did something a little bit different with a total points to the pin format.

 

Don Holmes came first, Scott Nawrocki second followed by Mike Odut, Don Rose, Blaine Gogal and Dave Blatherwick.
