The Senior Kodiak Basketball teams both had great weekends, competing in the Conference Championships.

 

The Senior Boys were in Prince Albert and after a rough first quarter rebounded with a solid 78 to 63 win over Senator Myles out of Laronge.

 

That would put them in the final against PACI and they won that game 58 to 42 to capture the Conference Championship and now advance to Regionals.

 

The Senior Girls were in Shellbrook and they beat Kinistino 81 to 33 in their first game. They then lost a heart breaker to to Shellbrook 64 to 63.

 

Good news for the Girls as they will still to go to Regionals because they finished in the top 4. St Walburg beat Shellbrook in the final 78 to 47.

 

The locations for Regionals this weekend will be announced later this afternoon.
