Spots Filling Up For The Walt

The biggest weekend of the Phantom Lake Golf season is just a few days away and time is running out to sign up for the Walt Cunningham Golf Classic.

Local Pro, Kelly McLaren has confirmed that the afternoon draw is completely full, but there are still a few spots for the morning shot-gun at 9:30.

It is $120.00 for three days of golf, meals and prizes and don't forget you must pay at the time of sign up.

You must sign up by Friday morning if you want to play this year.

McLaren says the course is in great shape heading into the weekend. " Brett the Greenskeeper gave us the news last Thursday that number 5 is now open and everybody says it is in great shape. The whole course is in good shape and handled the last down pour very well. We have a lot of out of town people coming and look forward to having a great weekend."

102.9 CFAR will have complete results when the event wraps up on Monday.
