The high school basketball season will start this weekend with the Creighton Kodiaks hosting the 2019 Border Bash.

There will be 8 teams from both Manitoba and Saskatchewan taking part including two teams from Creighton, Hapnot, Sandy Bay, Norway House, Cranberry, Laronge and Nipawin.

the tournament starts Friday with Creighton playing Sandy Bay at 2:30 and Hapnot against Creighton B at 4pm.

Playoffs start Saturday with the B- side Championship at 4:30 and the A-side Championship at 7:30.
