It was another tough weekend for the Norman Northstars who are still searching for their first win of the season.

 

The Northstars were on the road and dropped all three against Central Plains, The Winnipeg Wild and Winnipeg Bruins.

 

Norman and Central Plains were tied at 4 after 2 with the Capitals getting the winning goal early in the third period.

 

Blake Lahonen had a goal and an assist.

 

The Northstars also looked good against the Bruins losing 3 to 2. Trailing 3 to 0 in the third, the Northstars caught fire scoring twice but couldn't get the equalizer.

 

Derek Koivisto and Jordan Pfoh both had assists.

 

Norman will return home to host Interlake this weekend.
