The Senior Hapnot Kings travelled down to Minnedosa for Provincial soccer this past weekend.

It was a tough start for the Kings who dropped their first game to the MCS Raptors 7 to 0. Hapnot played a lot better in their second game but came up short losing to the Northland Parkway Night Hawks 4 to 1.

Back to back losses would knock them out of the tournament.

Minnedosa ended up winning it all, beating the number one ranked team out of the province Morden 1 to 0.

It was a very good year for the Kings who were able to recapture the Zone title in Thompson despite having no tune up games heading into that tournament.
