Kodiaks Off to Northern Footbal Title Game

The Creighton Kodiaks are off the Northern Saskatchewan Football championship game, thanks to their home win on Thursday afternoon over Sandy Bay 44-20.The victory was highlighted by Evan Madarash and Blake Alexander scoring two touchdowns a piece. Plus a spectacular 80 yard touchdown reception by Austin Mclean and a 20 yard touchdown catch by Myles Patterson. The Kodiaks will now travel to Prince Albert for the title game on Oct. 19 at 3pm Sk. time. They will  take on Cumberland House who beat Creighton by only 6 points in Week 3. The Kodiaks have also qualified for Provincials and if they win in Prince Albert they will host a quater-final game, a loss and they will still play - but on the road.
