Reagan Gets Contract Extension

The Flin Flon Bombers have inked Head Coach and General Manager Mike Reagan to a two year contract extension, keeping him behind the bench til 2021.

Reagan has been behind the bench for the past 12 seasons and has yet to miss the playoffs and has taken his team to the league finals on two different occasions in 2016 and 2017.

This will be a very special season as Mike is just 26 wins away from hitting 400 for his career, by far making him the winningest coach in Bomber history.

Flin Flon also wanted to have stability behind the bench as they look to host the 2021 National Junior A Championship.

Bomber President Travis Rideout had this to say about the extension. " It was very important for us to keep Mike behind the bench for two more seasons as we need a clear focus and vision as we embark on bringing the National Championship back to Flin Flon." We are also excited about the process and dressing a very competitive team once again this season."

Mike Reagan was at the CFAR studio yesterday afternoon for the announcement and here is the interview.
