It was a busy weekend at Hapnot Collegiate as the best 12 JV Volleyball teams from across Manitoba were in town to compete in Provincials.

 

The JV Hapnot Kings played three round robin games, losing to Hamiota 2 sets to 1, Major Pratt 2 sets to none and St.Paul's 2 sets to 1.

 

The Kings looked good early in the playoff round beating Treherne in the first set, but couldn't keep the momentum going and dropped the next two sets and were eliminated.

 

Gabrielle Roy finished first beating Rosenort in the final 2-0.

 

The JV Queens were in Morris and they dropped all three round robin games to MacGregor, Carberry and Killarney.

 

They lost early in the playoff round to St.pauls and Boissevain ended up taking the Girl's Provincial title.
