The CO-OP Midget AA Bombers split a pair of games with the Cross Lake Islanders at the Whitney Forum this past weekend in the Norman Midget AA League.
Flin Flon took their home opener 6 to 3 on Saturday. Reid Nicholas led the way with a pair of goals , with singles from Sean Yaworski, Derek Cowley, Aiden Collard and Gaborik Dorian.
Cross Lake battled back with a 6 to 5 win in OT on Sunday. Flin Flon goals were scored by Bryce McCallum, Joel Hucaluk, Damon Constant and a pair from Austin McLean.
The Bombers will slip to 1 and 3 on the season and travel to Norway House next weekend.
