The Hapnot JV Queens basketball team put together a solid effort in Gimli and were able to win the Consolation after a slow start on Friday.
After a tough 20-16 loss to Warren, the Queens rebounded with a big win over Carmen 32-29 and made it to the Consolation Final where they faced Niverville.
In a game that went back and forth the Queens had a great fourth quarter and pulled out the 32-29 win.
The Senior Kings were in Sanfod and lost both their games to the U of W and Linden Christian.
