High school basketball season is here and Creighton will be the sight for the annual Border Bash bringing teams together from both Manitoba and Saskatchewan starting Friday.

8 boys teams will be competing from Creighton, Hapnot, Laronge, The Pas, Charlebois, Norway House, Sandy Bay and Nipawin.

Games start Friday with Creighton playing Laronge at 2:30 and Hapnot playing Norway House at 4.

Playoffs start Saturday at 9 with the final at 4:30.

There will also be a Friday nights skill competition which will include a three point shoot out, Free throw competition, team lay up and dunk competition. This will start at 8:30.

The Kodiak girls will be in Birch Hills this weekend.
