The Flin Flon Nordic Race team will be hosting a summer ski and paddle conditioning camp July the 14th to the 16th.
The camp will take place at the ski chalet and Phantom lake and will focus in on learning more about canoe racing and how to train for ski-ing in the off season.
Instructors are Rick Hall who is a noted paddle builder who brings a lot of experience about the technical aspects of canoe racing. Bob Jarvis and Brett Unrau will teach the skiing part and both are long time members of the Nordic team and have trained for cross country skiing for many years.
Special instructor will be Andrew Brisbin who is entering his second year as Saskatchewan's high performance ski coach and has competed at the highest levels nationally.
Registration forms are available on the flinflon ski club website and deadline to register is July the 12th with a $30.00 entry fee.
