The Norman Northstars have equaled  their entire win total from last season with a 6-1 win over the Kenora Thistles on Saturday night.

Kenora rebounded for a 4-2 win Sunday afternoon.

Flin Flon's Tristan Galarneau led the way offensively this weekend with a goal and 2 assists, and Ethan Stuckless picked up 3 assists.

Norman have won three of their last four games and will try to keep the momentum going this weekend when they host the Winnipeg Thrashers.

The Northstar record sits at 3-14-0-1.
