Nyman Will Report

The Flin Flon Bombers made a trade with the Brooks Bandits a few weeks ago when they acquired 19 year old forward Tylar Nyman originally from Minnesota for future considerations.

Nyman decided not to report to Northen Manitoba and went back home to Circle Pines Minnesota.

He has had a change of heart and has arrived in Flin Flon and will be in uniform this weekend when the Bombers host Notre Dame Saturday at the Whitney Forum.

Head Coach and GM Mike Reagan explains how this all turned around.

"During our time off I was in Minnesota and was able to meet with the family and had a chance to tell them about our program and the community. We had a real good chat and they decided they would give us a chance.  Tyler made his way up here yesterday, practised with us today and will be in the lineup Saturday."

The team is very excited to have Tyler report and he is expected to play on a line with Dondre Watson and Nick Shumlanski.

Nyman put up 1 assist in 5 games with Brooks this year in the AJHL,  but has put up some good numbers in the past including 63 points in 46 games split between Central High and Northwest in the Minnesota high school league.
