The SR Creighton Kodiak girls were in Naicam for their first basketball tournament of 2016.
The Kodiaks beat Hudson Bay and Naicam in the round robin to advance to the final.
They lost to a very good team from Asquith 55-33. It was a very good showing to finish second and lose to one of the best teams in the province.
