For the first time in over a decade Northern Manitoba hosted a Provincial high school sporting event.

Flin Flon and the Pas hosted JV Provincial Volleyball.

The girls games took place in Flin Flon with the Kopper Queens going 1-3 in the round robin before losing in the playoffs to Neelin out of Brandon. Neelin went on to beat Westgate in the final.

The boys bracket took place in the Pas and the Kopper Kings went 1-2 in the round robin before losing in the playoffs to Altona. Linden Christian beat Calvin Christian in the final.

Hats off to the organizing committees on organizing and running a very smooth tournament.
