It was a happy Halloween for the Norman Northstars who picked up their very first win of the season over Yellowhead 4-3 in the shoot out on Saturday.

Norman built up a 3-0 lead, before the Chiefs rallied to tie it and send it to extra time.

Thompson's Mikey Marcus was the only one to find the back of the net in the shoot out.

Yellowhead responded with a 4-1 win on Sunday.

It was another good weekend for Flin Flon's Ethan Stuckless who scored a pair of goals to give him 4 on the year to go along with 11 points.

The Northstars will host Southwest this weekend.
