The Hapnot Kings and Queens domination of high school soccer continued this weekend in Thompson for Zones.

The Queens were perfect beating Cross Lake, Thompson, The Pas and Norway House, while the Kings beat Cross Lake, Shomoniwin and Sapotaweyak.

Both the Kings and Queens would face Thompson in the final for the Zone crown. The Queens won a thriller 1-0 and the Kings won 4-0.

This is the 10th straight title for the Queens and 8th straight for the Kings.

The Creighton Kodiaks SR girls were in Canora for volleyball and went 8-2 to finish second, while the boys went 6-2 to finish second in Nipawin.
