Flin Flon trades returning forward Brett Kitt (96) for Greyson Reitmeier (96) and a player to be named later.

Head Coach and General Manager Mike Reagan  announced the acquisition of 1996 born Greyson Reitmeier (Nakusp, BC) from the Melville Millionaires and a player to be named later in exchange for 1996 born Brett Kitt (Brandon, MB).

The 6’3, 190 pound forward suited up in 48 games last season with the Mills, finishing with 16 points (7g, 9a).  Prior to his stint in Melville, Reitmeier was in BC with the Trail Smoke Eaters where he had 12 points (1g, 11a) in 50 games as a rookie.

“We’re really happy to have acquired Greyson,” commented Reagan.  “He’s a big body that drives the net and skates very well.”

Kitt was recently with the Lethbridge Hurricanes but was recently re-assigned by the club.

The Bombers also receive a player to be named later.

Reitmeier will make his Bomber debut on Friday when the team starts the regular season on the road against Nipawin before hosting the Hawks the next night.
