One of the longest running Minor Hockey Tournaments in all of Manitoba will kick off this Friday in Thompson.

 

The 56th annual Munn Cup will take place this weekend with teams competing from Thompson, Norway House, The Pas, Cross Lake, Swan River, Gillam as well as the Northland Ford Bombers and Peds Threads Bombers.

 

The tournament starts Friday at noon and the Peds Threads Bombers first game is Friday at 1:45pm against Thompson, and the Northland Ford Bombers will play the Pas Huskies at 3pm.

 

Round robin will take place through Friday and Saturday with the playoff rounds starting Sunday at 9:15am. The Munn Cup Final will be played Sunday at 4:15pm.
