Congratulations to the Flin Flon Bombers Athletic Therapist and Trainer Jason Savill who is heading back to the World JR A Challenge in December in Trois Rivieres Quebec.

 

This will be the second  World JR A Challenge for Savill who joined the  Humboldt Broncos Head Coach Scott Barney in Truro Nova Scotia back in 2023. They were part of  Canada West who won a Gold Medal beating Canada East in the final 7 to 2.

 

The SJHL will be well represented at this event as Savill will be joined by the Nipawin Hawks Athletic Therapist Emma Galloway.

 

Long time Melfort Mustangs Head Coach and GM Trevor Blevins who is the reigning CJHL Coach Of The Year,  will get his first chance to coach at the International level. Blevins was named the Head Coach for Canada West and he will be joined by Humboldt Broncos Assistant Coach Carter Hanson, who was named Video Coach.

 

The tournament will take place December the 7th to the 13th.
