It is a big weekend for Creighton school who are hosting SHSAA 3A Basketball Conferences for both the Boys and Girls in the same weekend.

 

There will be 4 teams competing for the Boy's including the Creighton Kodiaks, Shellbrook, Senator Myles Venne out of Laronge and Chief John Keenatch out of Big River.

 

There are two Girls teams including the host Creighton Kodiaks and Birch Hills.

 

All the games will take place this Saturday March the 8th with the Creighton Kodiak Boys playing Shellbrook at 10 and Senator Myles will face Chief John Keenatch at 11:30.

 

The two winners will then face off in the Gold Medal game at 2:45.

 

Since there are only two girls teams the Creighton Kodiak's will face Birch Hills for the Gold Medal at 1pm.

 

Creighton is hoping for a big turn out to come down to the gym and cheer on all these local athletes. There will be a gate fee of $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for students grade 7-12.
