The Senior Hapnot Queens were one of 8 high School basketball teams that had a chance to bring home a Provincial basketball title on the weekend.

 

The Queens made their way to Somerset and were ranked 7th.

 

Hapnot lost a nail biter  against the 2nd ranked Souris Sabres in their opening game 49 to 47 which dropped them to the Consolation Semi's.

 

The Queens responded with a comeback win over Gabrielle Roy 58 to 53 and got to the Consolation Final.

 

Unfortunately the Queens ran out of gas and lost to Rosenort 66 to 46. It was the end to a very good season and the Queens wrap up the season and weekend 5th in the province.
