The local Flin Flon Judo Club travelled down to Moose Jaw for Provincials and every member of their club and every member was able to bring home a medal.

 The Provincial Kata Championships were held on Sunday. With Josie Wiens being the only club member in attendance with previous kata competition experience, the club did extremely well in bringing home 3 team medals. 

 

   The team of Cece Martin and Bonham Martin were able to earn a Bronze medal in the Kodomo-no Kata 6 division.

 

   The team of Josie Wiens and Rylan Santos put together a silver medal performance in the Kodomo-no Kata 6 division as well.

 

    The team of Josie Wiens and Jacob Wiens were able to overcome not being able to practice together until the day of the competition due to Jacob's illness and pulled off a silver medal in the Kodomo-no Kata 7 division.
