The PBCN Selects travelled to OCN to face the Storm in Junior B action last night.

 

It was a good effort but the Selects came up a bit short losing 6 to 4.

 

Nik Bear continues his torrid season as he led the Selects with 2 goals and 1 assist for a 3 point night.

 

Dwayne McKenzie and Flin Flon's Freddie Ledoux also scored.

 

Braxton Constant Kuba stopped 24 out of 30 shots against his former team.

 

The Selects fall to 2 and 3 on the season while the Storm improve to 4-1.

 

Next up for PBCN will be there much awaited home opener this Saturday. The Norway House Northstars come to town for a pair of games.

 

The Northstars are 0-5 and will be looking for their first win of the season.

 

Game times are 7:30 and 1:30 this Saturday and Sunday at the Whitney Forum.
