A good effort, but still not the results that the Norman Northstars were looking for in a weekend series with the Interlake Lightning.

 

Interlake pulled out a pair of 1 goal victories including a 6-5 win on Friday and a 3-2 win Saturday.

 

Flin Flon's Mitchell Reid did get a goal on the weekend and continues to lead the team with 8 in 12 games. Jordan pfoh added an assist and Keian Weseen played goal on Friday stopping 30 out of 36 shots.

 

Norman's record will slip to 0-11-0-0-1 and they will host Brandon this weekend.
