The wins are not coming very easy for the Norman Northstars so far this season after a weekend series with the Yellowhead Chiefs.

 

Yellowhead took both games decisively by scores of 7-1 and 8-2 to improve to 4-3 on the year. Norman falls to 0-7.

 

Flin Flon's Mitchell Reid scored one of the Norman goals on the weekend and leads the team with 5 goals.

 

The Northstars will look for their first win of the year when they hit the road on Friday against Central Plains, Saturday in Brandon and winding up Sunday in Parkland.
