At the last Flin Flon school division meeting, Jodi Pawlachuk the Principal of Many Faces school announced that they had received a grant for $10,000.00 from the  Jays Care Foundation.

Pawlachuk explains how they obtained the grant and what they will be using the money for. " We have a big thank you to the Toronto Blue Jays for their generous donation of $10,000.00 for the breakfast and lunch program. They sponsored our school to be a Jays Care affiliate school . We have access to their free awarding programs that are catered for youth and children facing barriers.We filled out an application and we were informed about it from the Friendship Centre who are also a Jays Care affiliate who also offer the baseball program through there."

This is the third year that Many Faces has been sponsored by the Jays Care Foundation and the money is for the current school year.
