You Can Enjoy An Afternoon Of Traditional Christmas Music

After a three year hiatus the Borealis Choir is bringing back Lessons And Carols for the Food Bank this Sunday at the Lutheran Church. It is a traditional Christmas Carol Service for the whole community and Tim Spencer says they look forward to performing once again.

" This is a really exciting event and was a Flin Flon tradition til Covid hit in 2019. We did it ever year and always had lots of people that came out and enjoyed it. What you can expect is a beautiful carol service called Lessons and Carols and it will support the Food Bank. The lessons are bible readings that tell the story of the birth of Jesus. The carols are all of the traditional carols and some really great new carols."

Borealis is really excited about adding the Children’s Community Choir who will be part of the service this year. This is a big fundraiser for the food bank so everybody is encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item or you can make a cash donation. The show starts at 3:30 and you should try to get there early to get a good seat.
