102.9 CFAR has wrapped up another successful Snacks For Students campaign and are very pleased on how this program has raised awareness and proceeds to make sure all elementary school kids have access to healthy snacks.

CFAR Manager Dianne Russell talks about how important this program is.

" We are really dedicated to it , we find having kids eating well at school makes a difference at how they perform at school and the schools try to handle this out of their budgets and find it difficult. It is really nice to be able to contribute with our local business's and community residents to this program of feeding our students."

This was the fourth annual and CFAR wants to thank all the business’s and citizens who donated to the program.
