The Flin Flon Arts Council have hired a new Executive Director to replace Crystal Kolt who has moved to City Hall. Her name is Alla Bondoreva who spent most of her life in Russia and made the move to Canada 4 years ago.

She has been in Flin Flon for about a year and is very excited to start her new position. " I am really happy to get this position because all my life I have done things that will  really help me. It is about painting, people around the community and culture. I know with this position I will be able to use all my skills."

Bondoreva brings lots of degrees to the new position including a journalism degree, pharmacy technician and a degree in Neurographica. She also spent time as a teacher in Russia teaching Russian to new people that entered the country.
