At their meeting earlier this week the Town of Creighton reported receiving correspondence from Tinas Office on Wheels regarding placement of advertising for the Creighton Connection bus.  Fifty thousand placemats will be printed and seen when customers dine at Chicken Chef.  This request has been referred to the General Government Services Committee for further discussion.

Council also agreed to carry the motion to authorize the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer to sign the change order for the delay costs and additional peracetic acid for the wastewater treatment plant project.

Council agreed to inform property owners on First Street West concerned with a lack of lighting in the back lane that the request for street lights would set a precedence the Town could not afford.  Mayor Fidler said if they start erecting lights in back lakes every property owner with a back lane in Creighton would be asking for lighting.  Council recommends installing motion lights on your garage and home.
