Community Futures Greenstone is asking you to nominate outstanding volunteers.  Manager Bunny Burke explains anyone in Flin Flon and area can nominate someone to receive a volunteer award. She says they should send in a brief bio of the individual to Community Futures Greenstone on Main Street in Flin Flon and then they’ll review them all and select individuals who will then be the recipient of a volunteer award.  She adds this year they’re hoping to do four individuals from Flin Flon, a couple from Creighton and a couple from Denare Beach.

Those receiving awards will be invited to the annual Celebrating Communities Gala in October to receive a gift and certificate of recognition.
