The Employment Links Development Center is beginning a new session of EWIN or Entry to Work in The North Program May 1st. The Center’s Barb Link explains they offer Manitoba residents life skills, upgrading your essential skills such as numeracy, reading, oral communications, some computer use, thinking skills, working with others and they do certificate programs such as first aid, CPR, WHMIS, safe foods and others.
