There Are Jobs for the Right Person.

The Canadian Federation of Independent Business says it’s getting tougher for employers to find new workers who measure up to their experienced employees.  A recent survey conducted by the Federation found that employers say that the work ethic of new hires had deteriorated in recent years.  The Foundation’s Elliot Sims explains right now according to CFIB’s help wanted reports there’s 12 thousand unfilled jobs in small businesses across Manitoba which is the equivalent of about 2.7 percent of the province’s entire labor force.  He says the problem is that many small businesses are simply finding difficulty in getting good quality applicants.

The study also showed that employers rate good employees as being more important than even their product or services when it comes to the success of their business.
