Canadian Tire hosted a barbeque at their Flin Flon store on Saturday, June 27th to support their Jumpstart program. Local Associate Dealer Dino Dorazio says they served over 400 burgers and at the barbeque itself they raised 2304 dollars which really means between themselves as a Canadian Tire dealership and Canadian Tire Corporation which is going to match funds they are going to deposit 5608 dollars into the Flin Flon and Area Jumpstart Chapter and they’ve been saying all along everything raised stays local and helps local kids so they’re really excited and proud of the support they got and the results themselves.
Over past five years they’ve been able to help 360 kids get into sports that otherwise may not have that opportunity.
