The Senior Hapnot Kings Boy's basketball team made local history this past weekend in the Pas, by winning their third straight Zone title.

Hapnot took down The Pas, Thompson and Cross Lake in round robin, and RD Parker a second time in the final by a whopping 30 points. This is the first time in the school's history that the senior boy's have won three straight Zone basketball titles.

The Kings are 27-2 on the season and will travel to Swan River for Provincials March the 21st to the 23rd.

The Hapnot Queen's also had a good weekend by beating The Pas and Cross Lake in round robin, but lost to a very good Thompson team in the final.
