The Pas will be hosting the biggest high school basketball tournament in the North this weekend, the Bill McDonald Memorial Classic.

 

Boys and girls teams will be taking part from both Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

 

Teams will be coming in from Flin Flon, Cranberry, Creighton, OCN, Moose Lake, Thompson, Cross Lake, Hudson Bay, Porcupine Plain and the host team.

 

The Hapnot Girls will play their first game on Friday at 1 VS Cranberry. The Creighton Girls will face OCN at 1 in their first game.

 

The Creighton Boys face Moose Lake in their first game at 1pm on Friday and the Hapnot Boys will play Porcupine Plain at 3.

 

Playoffs will start at 11 am on Saturday with the Boys Final at 3 and the Girls Final at 5.
