The PBCN Selects have added a new goalie Ethan Fechter out of Meadow Lake Saskatchewan,  and he was almost flawless in his Selects debut this past weekend.

Fechter ended up making 55 saves on 56 shots and got lots of offensive support as PBCN beat the Way Way Wild 5 to 1 and 9 to 0 yesterday afternoon.

Cranberry's Harlan Jacobson  had a great weekend picking up 5 goals in the two games including a hat-trick in the win yesterday. Owen Angooteaulk and Jacey Melnyk added a pair of goals.

The Selects improve to 10 and 4 on the season and are now just 2 points out of first overall behind the NCN Flames.

PBCN will enjoy a 12 day break and are back on the Ice December the 2nd in Cross Lake.
