The PBCN Selects scored 5 straight goals last night  enroute to a 5 to 2 win over the Cross Lake Islanders.

 

Mathis Bacon Labbe, Laryn Chaboyer and Carson Ledoux all found the back of the net in the first period.

 

Ray Pudlat and Israel Maktor would add goals late in the second before the Islanders Wilfred McLeod JR would score a couple of late goals for Cross Lake.

 

PBCN will improve to 4-2 on the year while Cross Lake continue to struggle and are still in search of their first win at 0-5.

 

These two teams will meet again in Flin Flon this Sunday at the Whitney Forum with puck drop at 4pm.

 

Everybody in attendance will get a chance to win an electric fireplace sponsored by Canadian Tire.

 

The Selects will have affiliated players Madox Dominey, Owen Durette and Brody Grant.

 

Harland Jacobson is also expected to make his Selects debut on Sunday.
