It was one of the best Bomber road trips in recent memory with not only the Bombers winning all four games but out scoring the opposition 19 to 2.

 

Both Bomber goalies, Harmon Laser Hume and Kenny Marquart  were exceptional and both will share the SJHL Sasktel Goalie Of The Week.

 

Both netminders had almost identical numbers giving up one goal a piece, both had a shut-out and both won two games.

 

Laser Hume wound up with a 0.5 GAA and a save % of .983 while Marquart wound up with a .48 GAA and a save % of .980.

 

Congratulations are also in order for the Bomber Captain, Justin Lies who was selected the Borgault Forward Of The Week for the second week in a row.

 

Lies had 6 points in the four games including a pair of goals and is currently fourth overall in league scoring with 16 points behind three of his team-mates including league leader Jacob Vockler with 19 points.

 

The Bombers now prepare for the Kindersley Klippers in a pair of games this weekend at the Whitney Forum. Don't forget Friday is a  tribute to Gerry Hart who will be rememberd with a special ceremony and video tribute before the game.
