The 2022 Flin Flon Trout Festival Fishing Derby hosted by Denare Beach Recreation and the Trout Festival was very successful once again.
83 people took part and over $13,000.00 was awarded in prizes on different lakes around Northern Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

1st Burbot- Ted Smith - $1500.00
1st Walleye- Erika Cheadle- $1500.00
1st Trout- Barry Anderson- $1500.00
1st Northern Pike- Jayden Oulette- $1500.00
The Share In The North winner was Roberta Bear for $955.00
