The Norman Wolves dropped a pair of games against Pembina Valley over the weekend in Thompson.


The Hawks took it to the Wolves Saturday 8-1 and Sunday 5-2. Flin Flon's Justin Lies scored all the goals to give him 35 on the season. Norman will fall to 6-26-0-0-2 on the season.


Norman won't play again til they host the Parkland Rangers February the 3rd and 4th in Thompson.


The Norman Nothstars had another tough weekend down south losing to Brandon 12-3, Southwest 8-0 and Parkland 7-2.


It was a decent weekend for Flin Flon's Mitchell Reid who was in on 3 of the 5 goals Norman scored including two goals and one assist.


Norman will host the league leading Winnipeg Wild this Friday and Saturday.
