Bombers Extend Season Ticket Deadline

After an overwhelming response the Flin Flon Bombers will be extending their season ticket deadline to Monday July the 17th.

The Bombers are only 110 away from their first goal of selling 400 season tickets. With that level all fans will receive a Bomber T-shirt.

Office hours will be extended on Monday July the 16th from 10-1 and then from 3-5 to accomodate the fans.

Head Coach and GM Mike Reagan is very excited in how this year's campaign is going. "We have extended it til next Monday due to the overall demand being so good. We don't want to take that away from people. We are 110 away from our goal of reaching 400 with the early bird, and that is exciting and the best response we have had in a number of years. We are hoping we can reach that goal of 400 this week and be able to guarantee everyone a T-shirt and the overall response from the community and surrounding area has been terrific."

Congratulations to Cory Sliworsky from Sprigfield MB on winning the 2017 Bomber Boat Draw for winning ticket #1865.

Minor Ball Wraps Up Season

FFCR Minor Ball had a great season with close to 100 players from their youngest Blastball players to the oldest Pee Wees. Once again, they  were affiliated with Baseball Saskatchewan and Baseball Canada by implementing the National Rally Cap Program.

Similarly structured like swim lesson badges, the Rally Cap program focuses on skill development that correlates to a certain colored hat. The first color is a white hat, then grey, black, green, blue and finally a red hat. When players had mastered the skills required at each level, they were presented with their hats during the last week of play. Thank you so much to the coaches and volunteers for their hard work this season. As a further bonus, Dairy Queen, the national Rally Cap sponsor, provided our players with free rally cap t-shirts!
