The Werbicki Trucking Bantam AA Bombers were in Winnipeg to compete in the Jets AA Showdown and held their own against some very tough competition.

The Bombers lost to the Winnipeg East Railcats 3-2 in OT, to open the tournament but did rebound against the Estevan Bruins  to win 3-2 in the shoot out.

The Bombers also lost to ST.James 7-5 and 13-1 to a club out of Sweden to finish fourth in the round robin.

Flin Flon ended the tournament on a positive note beating the Regina Buffalos 4-3 to win the Consolation.

The Pas hosted the A&W , Funky Threads Novice tournament at both the GLMC and Roy H Johnston arena .

The Hudson Bay Hunters beat the Reliance Rhinos in the A Final, the Swan Valley Mustangs beat the Flin Flon Fireman in the B-Final and the Flin Flon Oldtimers beat the Pas Huskies Red to capture the E-Final.
